Before you subscribe
Is there a free trial?
No, and you do not need one. Take the monthly plan, use the software properly, and if it is not what you want ask for your money back within 30 days. That is a longer and simpler commitment than a trial.
What counts as one installation?
One production site, as the regulation understands it. If you operate more than one site, contact us and we will price it for you.
Who is the price for?
Installation operators outside the European Union whose goods fall under CBAM, and who need to give their EU customers real emissions figures instead of default values.
I import into the EU — is there a plan for me?
Not yet. The declarant side opens in September as its own plan. Email us what you need from it and we will tell you when it opens.
What happens when I cancel?
Billing stops, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Export whatever you need before or after — we hold your data for a further 90 days so nothing is lost in a hurry.
Can I change between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any renewal. Ask us and we will move you across.
